4v4 + GKs with numerical advantages

Description

Field setup: 30x40m - can be resized depending on the player age, 4 balls on top of cones on the side of the field. 1. Players play a 4v4 with GKs on big goals. 2. Whenever the ball goes out of the field, the player who last touched the ball has to run to retrieve it and put it on top of a free cone. 3. Players from the other team are free to take any one of the balls from the cones and start playing right away - this way a momentary 4v3 situation is created. 4. It can happen that more players are retrieving a ball at once, which is fine as different numerical advantages on the field will happen.
