Terms of service

Last updated 23 October 2026

In short

  • FootballHQ is free and provided as is. You need to be 16 or older to have an account.
  • What you create stays yours. A public exercise is shown with your display name, and other coaches can print, rate and copy it.
  • Be fair: no abuse, no trying to reach other people's private content, no mass scraping.
  • You run your training sessions at your own responsibility.

1. Who we are

FootballHQ(“we”) is based in Rotterdam, the Netherlands. By using the website or app (the “service”) you agree to these terms; if you do not agree, do not use it. Questions about these terms: contact@football-hq.com.

2. Who can use it

You need to be at least 16 years old to create an account. By signing up you confirm that you are.

3. Your account

Keep your password to yourself, keep your e-mail address up to date, and tell us if you think someone else is using your account. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

4. Your content

Exercises, sessions and reviews you create stay yours. You give us permission to store and show them so the service works.

By marking an exercise as public you allow anyone to view and print it, shown with your display name, and other users to rate it and copy it into their own library in FootballHQ to adapt it. You can make it private again at any time; copies other coaches already made stay with them.

Only publish what you have the right to share, and keep reviews about the exercise.

5. Acceptable use

No abuse of other users, no attempts to access other people's private content or our systems, and no automated scraping of the public library beyond normal use. We may remove content or close accounts that break these rules.

6. Availability of the service

The service is free and provided “as is” and “as available”, without a guarantee that it is always online or free of errors. We may change or stop features; we will try to give notice of anything that affects your saved content.

7. Liability

Training plans are made and used at your own responsibility. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for injuries or losses that arise from using the exercises, nor for lost content.

8. Changes to these terms

When we change these terms we update this page and the date at the top. For significant changes we also tell you by e-mail or with a notice in the app. How we handle your data is described in the privacy policy.

9. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes go to the competent court in Rotterdam, unless the consumer law of your country says otherwise. Contact: hello@football-hq.com.
