Description
Set up a field of about 15x30m. 1. The exercise starts with two 1v1s. Each 1v1 is only played on their own half of the field. 2. After one of the balls is out, or a goal is scored, the players start playing on the whole field and it becomes a 2v2 with the remaining ball. 3. After the second ball is out, the play becomes a 3v3. The 3v3 starts with a player dribbling into the field. The team that scores the first goal during the 1v1s or the 2v2 gets to dribble in with the ball in the 3v3.
Coaching points
- Focus on confidence in the 1v1s
- Fast transitioning from attacking to defending and vice versa
- Rotations of positions on the field
